The AVEO Gasworks development includes a 19 storey, age-in-place tower over their existing Gasworks retail precinct. The new tower will include a Residential Aged Care Facility, Assisted Living Units, and Independent Living Units, along with extensive recreation facilities, a commercial office component, parking, and a commercial kitchen. The inner city high rise tower will be the first of its type in Brisbane which represents a market shift into vertical age-in-place retirement and aged care.
