The Shantou Overseas Financial Centre being developed by Guangdong based JinFeng Group, is centred around two 380 metre high towers - one hotel and one office - and comprises 10 commercial buildings, 16 apartment and residential towers, two hotels, a shopping centre, cultural precinct and marina. The Shantou project, built on 68 hectares of reclaimed land, will house more than 7000 permanent residents, accommodate more than 2000 tourists and support a working population of more than 22,000.
