Trilogy

Three tower residential development for Amalgamated Property Group designed around a central, landscaped resort-style courtyard with cabanas, a large pool, spa, and covered barbecue area. Trilogy has been designed in a contemporary style incorporating leading edge design aesthetics. The building lines are sophisticated and clean, offering variations in design treatments for each of the three buildings. The facades are animated with a combination of interesting coloured frames, varied tinted glass, crisp white slab edges at varying heights, and sharp angled walls punctuating the building’s form. As a result, the project has a design impact appeal for both the close-up occupant viewpoint as well as the distant urban perspective. The plan layouts are efficiently designed and well thought out with positive user feedback.
