Victoria & Albert V&A
Iris Development is set to deliver a building that has subtropical design traits unique to the Gold Coast. V&A on Albert Ave in Broadbeach, designed exclusively for the coastal environment, moves away from smaller unit types and white upstand to embrace the growing demand for larger apartments and a new level of coastal sophistication.
The lower residences offer a mix of ones, twos and threes with the upper residences offering a mix of threes and fours, with both towers topped by two sub-penthouses and one exclusive penthouse.
All residents will also take advantage of exceptional amenities, with both towers offering an elevated recreational podium on level 4 with a 25m lap pool, gym, yoga deck and a resident’s lounge as well as a childrens area, a zen garden, an outdoor dining/ BBQ and a building adorned with lush green landscape.
The design philosophy demonstrates the balance between landscape, tower and podium. The elegant clean lines of the towers are contrasted by the textured and crafted sculptural human scaled podium and punctuated by generous planters and subtropical landscape.
